Programme Aims


  •  The programme is aimed at those either in a job that already involves marketing or those who wish to find out about marketing with the intention of starting out on a marketing career. The programme is divided into different levels with each level building up on the other. The programme helps provide the practicing marketer with relevant, contemporary marketing content to equip them for the current global landscape. It equips the student with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to be able to carry out essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace.
  •  The programme is also aimed at marketers working in an operational, supervisory or managerial role, who wish to develop their marketing knowledge and skills across a range of areas. It is suitable for Department Managers, Functional Managers, Product/Brand Managers, Account Managers, Marketing Executives and Business Development Managers.

Programme Objectives


  •  This course is specially designed to equip students, especially those targeting to work for international organizations, with contemporary marketing skills.
  •  CIM is designed in a manner that will enrich the students with knowledge, skills and attitude on Customer Communication, Marketing Principles, Strategic Marketing and how to analyze Customer Experience.
  •  Students will also be able to understand the key factors that facilitate and nurture innovation in organizations and apply principles of innovation throughout the entire marketing function. They will also gain knowledge on how to apply marketing metrics to establish effectiveness of marketing activities.

Admission Process


  •  Complete the admission form from here

  •  Provide 2 passport size photographs

  •   Admission fee payment of KShs 10,000/- (ten thousand shillings only) by cash deposit direct to the college account or by cheque payment, or by MPESA (PAYBILL)

  •  Submit the application and proof of item 3 above to INtel college.
