University of Sunderland Programmes at INtel College

The University of Sunderland has a long standing reputation in Kenya. Its partnership with INtel College, goes back to the year 2000, delivering university education at a level that is both equivalent and comparable to that offered to students studying in the UK itself. This means that students enrolling on a University of Sunderland Programme at INtel College, Nairobi, will be fully registered students of the University, studying the university-set curriculum while gaining a University of Sunderland honours degree.

Our tutoring teams both here at INtel, and at the University of Sunderland have years of experience in course delivery, employing a blended teaching and learning approach. They ensure teaching and learning strategies that enhance the student’s academic ability, expose them to real-world industrial activity, in order to enable them to stand out in the competitive job market.

Anita Aggarwal, the Director of Studies for University of Sunderland programmes running at INtel College, is a UK doctoral candidate whose area of specialization lies in ensuring the quality of such education must be both comparable and equivalent, to that offered in the UK. This has given students confidence in the learning experience being delivered at INtel College, and has attracted students both locally and across borders, who wish to experience a UK learning experience and gain UK qualifications while studying locally.
